Honestly, this has been the best company I've rented from in the past 10+ years of living in Coeur d'Alene. Our property manager has been professional and efficient, and has always been quick-to-act when it comes to any issues that we've had as renters. When our heating went out, they had space-heaters at our doorstep within an hour or two of reporting the outage. When our local recycling company was periodically skipping our house, they were quick to contact them and find our what was going on. Any issue we had at any point was always handled in a no-nonsense, professional way- and my roommates and I have really appreciated that for the past ~4 years.

I want to give a big shout out to April, she is absolutely incredible and made our experience awesome. Super friendly and very responsive. Everything was easy, transparent and not stressful at all. Who ever is in charge needs to give April a raise. I would recommend lakeside property management to anyone and everyone if I knew they would be working with April. Thank you! We appreciate you!

April is honest and upfront. She wants her tenants to be happy with their homes. I didn’t get the privilege of staying in one of her homes and regret letting it go since my current landlord turned out to be dishonest. Great company to work with!
