Whitehall Gardens

I stayed here for a year, and I can confidently say it was one of our best homes. It’s a beautiful and peaceful community,simple, with no fancy amenities, just a calm and pleasant place to live. The houses are a bit old, but they were well maintained and perfectly comfortable. We did face a few issues during our stay, but the maintenance team was top-notch, especially the emergency maintenance staff. No matter the time, they were always prompt and helpful kudos to them. The location is another big plus. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, Walmart is just a 10-minute drive, and there are several Indian stores within a few minutes. I contacted them for a tour, and we were able to see a place. After talking about it with roommate and other responsibilities, which took 4 days, I emailed for an application. I got no response, so the next day I emailed them again, along with 4 unanswered phone calls. 6 hours after my first call, I got a call back. She told me that the place was no longer available, and that we would have to stay in contact for availability. Not only this, she said I should be grateful I even got a call back on the same day. I was very upset on the phone, and she did not apologize, and she was extremely unprofessional. If you have someone lined up for the next apartment, don’t show it to others if you know you won’t give it. After all of this, they emailed me 3 times in one day begging for us to. one and

I have lived in Whitehall Gardens for a little over 10 years and have loved the apartment/community. Neighbors have been nice and helpful when needed. But I have to say the Rental Office staff and Maintenance staff and Emergency Maintenance staff have been wonderful, courteous and responsive and efficient in addressing my needs over the years. Just recently in particular, I would like to recognize Alberto in coordinating and scheduling different vendors that was needed for the work to the be done to give the apartment a long needed refresh. It was a lot of work and anxiety was high on my end and Alberto helped greatly in easing the anxiety and making sure things got done and was done correctly! I am well pleased with the results in the apartment!! Thanks Alberto

Jose is the absolute best! Whenever I have a maintenance problem, he's quick to respond and is always pleasant to deal with! He's not only kind, he's mannerly and considerate! Thank you Jose!
