The Grove Somerset

I recently moved into The Grove townhomes, and after two weeks, I'm incredibly impressed. From the initial inquiry to move-in, the experience was seamless and positive. Shaniece, the leasing specialist, was a pleasure to work with, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The complex itself is beautifully maintained, with clean grounds, ample greenery, and well-kept townhomes – a significant upgrade from my previous residence. The location is perfect for dog owners, with plenty of walking paths and green spaces. The amenities are top-notch. The gym is spacious and well-equipped for endurance training (though note the dumbbell limit is 50lbs and there are no barbells). The pool looks fantastic, though I haven't had a chance to use it yet. The townhome itself is spacious and modern

From the minute we saw photos on Zillow we knew The Grove would be the perfect place for us and our family. We reached out to Ana Nieves and it was the biggest blessing. Ana made everything smooth, easy and fun! We were able to schedule a tour and after immediately deciding we were home we started working on the paperwork and application process. Ana helped us from start to finish. We highly recommend asking for Ana Nieves when you are scheduling a tour or more information about this beautiful community. We even worked with Ana again to tour townhouses when we are ready for an upgrade. We love the community and all it has to offer from the clubhouse to the gym everything is kept clean and organized. The pool was our favorite part of summer. We love being here and we are looking forward to

We were worried about the new office staff, however the new office staff is absolutely fantastic. They are considerate, kind, hard working and respectful people. Zef and his maintenance crew are the best hands down, he is elite and a godsend. The property is beautiful, very well maintained and full of life.

We recently moved in to The grove Somerset This is a great location...Apartment is beautiful and a very peaceful place to live and nearly everything you need is nearby. Anthony (leasing officer)has been wonderful throughout the whole process. Crystal and Mark were very helpful with are maintenance issues ..Any issues get resolved through their system promptly and it's a straightforward process. They are extremely professional provides great communication made our move in process smooth as ever. Even after moving in they were very attentive to all our needs and requests .. Maintenance is also great always available to help you with a smile making sure everything is well kept and in order.

The maintenance team here at The Grove is the best! They are courteous (and even more importantly) own a skill-set to effectively handle whatever household problem thrown their way. I highly recommend their competence & professionalism.
