The Arbors at Franklin Apartments

This is our 2nd year and we just moved back, they definitely upgraded a lot of things in the apartment which is wonderful. Chasity is amazing she made the process easy and quick. Every time I had a question she would never hesitate to answer. She gave us 2 tours and they were both wonderful. parking could be better but there are a lot of people. There is a cute dog park if you have a dog. I would recommend it. another plus is that it is very local to the best hospital in Somerset county!!!

Since the beginning of my tenancy, the apartment has suffered from persistent problems that have significantly affected our health, safety, and quality of life. Within one month of moving in, one of the bathrooms became completely nonfunctional. Despite numerous phone calls and multiple maintenance visits, the issue has never been properly resolved. In addition, water from the shower continues to leak into the apartment below, creating a serious risk of structural damage, mold growth, and potential electrical hazards. There is also an ongoing roach infestation that has not been adequately addressed. Parking on the property is extremely limited and disorganized, creating daily inconven

Prior to moving in, I was warned by a family member that this property was poorly managed and would cause significant hardship. Unfortunately, that warning proved accurate. Since the beginning of my tenancy, the conditions have been unsafe, unsanitary, and consistently neglected by management. Within one month of moving in, one of the bathrooms became completely inoperable. Despite repeated phone calls and multiple maintenance visits, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, whenever we use the shower, water leaks into the apartment below, creating a serious risk of property damage, mold, and electrical hazards. The apartment suffers from a roach infestation that has not been adequately addressed. Parking on the premises is severely limited and disorganized, creating daily challenges

Avoid at all costs. First the parking is horrible. You'll never get a spot. Second infested with roaches. You'll need to exterminate constantly. Lasty. They converted the units to the single heating unit in the living room to cover rhe apartment. No vents in the bedroom. The heat was not enough. It was like sleeping outside. Don't do it. Staff was friendly but too many cons to overlook

I am currently trying to find an apartment in Somerset and I had the best experience touring with Chasity. She is knowledgeable about the area, honest, and attentive. She answered all of my questions and responded in a timely manner.
