Whitehall Apartments

Whitehall only has one maintenance man and that’s for all the complex’s!!! It’s a big inconvenience, especially when he goes out of town and we have to wait until Monday to get our lights, oven looked at and we can’t watch tv and our fuses looked at!!!! They also are terrible with the parking!!!!!!!! They let people park in the back parking lot when that’s for us tenants to park in and they don’t do shit about it!!!!! They’re supposed to tow the peoples vehicles when they don’t live here and they don’t stand on it!!!!!!!!

Whitehall apartment has been our Home since September 1997. We love it! In all the time we have been here we have seen a lot of changes but almost always for the better. [Giant Communications recently installed Wifi service in all the apartments for 1 GB streaming for computers and TV. It is currently only $60 a month with a discount of $10 off for each recommendation you make. We have been pleased with the service and their customer care.] The yards, sidewalks and parking lots are well maintained year round. At first when dark screens were put on the windows, I wasn't crazy about the idea. Now, I admit, I like the privacy and security they provide. In the middle of our tenancy here, we were burglarized. lived here for a year when theresa worked here, half way through she unexpectedly disappeared and we got stuck with david, truly the worst experience living here. when we moved in the place stunk like smoke and mildew, a couple weeks by we found mice droppings in our stuff, couple months past we found mold growing in our shower i constantly informed theresa about on going issues and i would constantly just get an ok, summer time rolls in we got stuck with david our ac broke three times each time nearing two weeks that’s 6 weeks of no ac in the summer and constantly throwing garbage workers into my apartment without notice to fix the ac at all times of the day. at one point he accused me of stealing the portable ac his so called maintenance man lost threatening me all summer to pay for it f

Wonderful experience from the start - the management and maintenance are the best! The apartment seems to grow in size the more I settle in which is fantastic. I'm very happy with my new home here. 11/11/23 I realized one morning that my furnace had stopped working. I sent in a maintenance order and right away the manager responded that maintenance would be out very soon. Our maintenance person is awesome. He is very thorough with his repair work and very pleasant to talk with. The manager followed up to make sure it was taken care of. The management and maintenance staff here is wonderful, makes it nice to be here.

David and Mike have always been responsive and courteous. Recently we had 14 inches of snow and they worked tirelessly to clear the sidewalks and stairs. David went above and beyond to make sure the path into the parking lot was clear for my walker. Mike once scrubbed oily residue off my kitchen floor that was left by a contractor. These guys work hard to make this a good place to live.
