Whispering Woods at Ithaca

I’m a long time resident. This property has not looked this good in 15 years. Management has been doing a fabulous job. Has become a very desirable place to live and the rent is reasonable and we enjoy the new tenants.

Its an amazing place for families to live. the school next to it is such a safe place for the teens to go to and the walk down and up the hill to get home everyday is surely enough to keep you healthy

As someone who’s been living here, I can say it’s been a good experience. The complex is very quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate. The newly renovated units are much nicer. The maintenance team is great, and the management office is responsive and helpful in addressing tenants’ concerns in a timely manner. I won’t call out names, but some staff members are/were truly amazing and go above and beyond. I just hope the rent stays reasonable, don’t go up!!!!! and that it continues to be a great community to live in.

It’s a very nice and quiet community. The management office is responsive and address tenant’s concerns in a timely manner. It’s nice to listen to the waterfall outside of my window to write my books. Lots of natural lights, and big windows.

Been living here a while. Excellent place to live. Rent is good. Management is awesome. Highly recommend.
