The Meadows at Ithaca Townhomes

Anything positive about the community is vastly overshadowed by the recurring flooding and mold issues experienced during our multiple year stay at The Meadows. Rain regularly seeped in through the foundation crack in the living room, holes in the wall of the half bathroom, wall shared with a neighbor, and under the front door. Many promises were made about fixing the issue, and none came to fruition. Mild and mildew caused health problems and damaged our property. Despite attempts at new outdoor draining, Servpro drying services, and replacing wet nasty carpet with cheap vinyl planks that fell apart within a year due to recurring moisture, the underlying cause was never resolved. I’ve been living at the meadows at Ithaca for 6 years now and I love to call it home! It’s quiet and safe for the kids to run around and play in the play grounds and tennis court. The maintenance team is competent and very quick to respond to my requests. The lease manager is very professional and understanding of the needs of the tenants. I really love living here and watch my kids grown in a quiet and safe environment.

We’ve recently moved to Meadows at Ithaca, and we’re truly enjoying our new home. A big thank you to Amy for making our transition so seamless. She was incredibly attentive to all of our requests and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her efforts made the whole experience so much smoother, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Loved the experience working with Amy, who manages the property. She is very prompt and sincere with her job, it was a seamless move in! Highly recommend. The townhouses are nice and community is good. We loved the people living here too, very friendly and welcoming.

The Meadows is a great place to live! I recently had to move to Ithaca in a hurry from Canada for work and Amy in the leasing office was incredibly helpful and made the entire process very smooth and hassle-free. I wasn't able to visit before moving in but Amy walked over to the property and took pictures, provided a video tour for me, and answered every question that I had. The apartments are spacious, affordable, in good condition, and in a very convenient location. Especially great for Cornell students and employees, as it's within walking distance of a bus stop, and you'll never find parking on campus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place in Ithaca!
