I rented from PJ Apartments my senior year (2024-2025) & had a wonderful experience. Everyone was incredibly communicative, helpful, and friendly! We absolutely loved the location -- a quick walk to campus & all of our favorite places in Collegetown while still being in a more quiet/private area. It was perfect! The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. Plus, having in-unit laundry was a huge bonus. I highly recommend PJ Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live in Ithaca.

I would highly recommend renting from PJ’s apartment. I rented from PJ 2023-2025 and have nothing but positive reviews. The management and team were very responsive to any concern my roommates and I had. They made us all feel very safe leaving our belongings in the apt while on breaks as they would come and check in on properties. The team is incredibly responsive and would email us back very quickly. Our microwave broke and maintenance was able to quickly help us with a replacement at no cost. Everyone on the team is very kind.

As a current tenant who is re-signing with PJ Apartments for the 2026–2027 lease term, I can confidently say this has been one of my best rental experiences to date. The landlord, Pam, has been extremely helpful and attentive and I would highly recommend PJ Apartments to anyone considering renting in Collegetown.
