Whispering Woods Apartments

Ive been living at whispering woods apts for almost 3 yrs. Im very happy with my apt and find the staff michelle, brianna and lamar professional, caring and readily available. The pool is kept up nicely. Its a good fit for me! .

Don't know where to start, I have been here for 9 years and it started from day one , they never replaced the carpet even though it's been torn up since I've been here asked them numerous times to fix never did. Also both of my sinks have been leaking for years the bathroom cabinet is just disintegrated cause of water damage asked them to fix that maybe 10 times and never happened, the kitchen flooring is coming apart and numerous other things. The maintenance men are the sorriest ones in st Augustine and try to get in your business plus don't know how to fix nothing . The slumlord manager tries to run your life and tell you who you can and can't have over for company. Never missed a months rent or late for nine years but our last month blocked me from paying rent so she could evict me for

Just attended a Coffee and Canvas event. It was so much fun! Nice getting to know some of my neighbors. Thank You to Michelle and Breanna!

Stayed with my mom here for a couple days before she left out of fear of eviction. Made some good friends here. The pool is amazing. One day me and my mom were walking back to our room from the pool but there was a softshell turtle in the way. Would love to come here again.

I love being here at Whispering Woods Apartment complex. I have lived here for almost 5 years and and the residents are friendly and always there to greet me when I do my daily walk 🚶‍♀️. The complex is well maintained by Lamar and Jay. They office staff which is Michelle and Brianna, are the most friendly and courteous and are there when I need anything. I enjoy the atmosphere around the complex. We see many ducks, and they are fun to feed. I also love ❤️ spending time with the residents at the pool my grandson makes many friends here. So my over, all experience here is the best place to live.
