Apartment complex started off great, however once we were one month in we been without AC and Heat since August. Property Manager finally fixed it today in January, but it took a certified letter demanding it to be fixed. Maintenance comes in and does not lock the door back when he leaves, causing the door to be unlocked when arriving home. We were told month after month it’s going to be fixed, property manager did not offer a heater through the cold days when she was aware our central air and heat did not work. Day after the notice arrived, property manager had the issue fixed THE NEXT DAY. This shows she could have done it months ago if they cared. Nice complex, if you like the smell of weed. Don’t have a maintenance issue though, when it was all said and done, didn’t even apologize

This is my first apartment ever and I honestly love it, Jennifer was so sweet and helpful with my move in cost, it’s clean and the other residents pretty much keep to them selves making it a really peaceful place to live <3

Amazing place to live. The units have been upgraded very nice all new appliances. The complex manager Jennifer Wallace is not just a great manager but a great person overall. Very sweet and caring and goes above and beyond to accommodate her tenants. This truly a great place to live.

Trust me, don’t live here. It’s very ghetto, smells like marijuana all the time, and even though we moved out two years ago, they still keep charging us $255 for broken blinds that were already old and damaged. They also charged us for a toilet seat that was already broken when we got there. We only stayed for one year, no kids, no pets, and we cleaned everything before we left. But the debt collector still keeps sending us more charges, even after we disputed it. Never again. Yes, it’s cheap, but there are much better and cleaner apartments in Palestine with good management.
