Oak Hill Apartments

Great apartment complex with beautiful apartments, but they don’t take care of their own tenants first. I know someone, another tenant, who’s been on a waiting list for months to get a 2 bedroom apartment, and yet someone who is brand new to the complex and only applied a couple of weeks ago is getting one. It seems they pick and choose who gets one.

I love it here. It’s a lovely apartment complex, very quiet, and very safe. It’s gated, and has accessible amenities throughout the entire apartment complex.

This place seems nice gated etc , but it is far from that!! The manager could care less about your safety. God for bid you need law enforcement help because even if you call 911 for help they will evict you! A member of my family was almost chocked to death in her home an instead of “are you ok?” They just filed eviction notice paperwork because she had to call police for help. Even other tenets came to help her an security even feels it was totally unfair. She was hurt badly an the only thing these people are worried about is if the cops show up you are out. So if someone try’s breaking in an your living in this complex you are out no matter what happened. We have it all on video and many witnesses and they could care less about it.
