Overlook Palestine

Love these apartments. so many great things and definitely the nicest in Palestine. Office staff is very friendly, as well as maintenance. They keep up these apartments with routine maintenance and timely is you need a them for anything.

I enjoyed the apartments a year ago and now they have gone downhill considerably! MOST INPORTANTLY the trash is Not picked up when it scheduled to. Also the yard maintenance and grounds are not being watered and care for. Trees, and shrubs are dying because of a lack of a Working sprinkler system. Pet yards and other community areas are full of weeds and unmoved. So sad because Palestine deserves a high quality place to live and especially because of the high prices for these apartments!

Have lived here for over a year and we love it. The property is SO nice. Maintenance is always quick to get things done for us and will actually solve any issues we may run into. Stephanie is the sweetest apartment manager I have personally ever dealt with. We love it here!

I moved to Palestine Texas for a job and would not have taken the job had it not been for these apartments. Everyone at the complex is very friendly. The apartments are large and open floor plan, have the options for small yards, and are upscale. The pool is fantastic and the dog park is amazing. The staff are so friendly, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The apartments have a community feeling. Holidays are celebrated at the clubhouse, and you can BBQ with your friends and neighbors at the poolside, or relax after a long day by the fire pit. If you are looking for a community/friends, upscale living, amenities, and location within 10 minutes from groceries, gym, hospital and work this is the place to be! Even your four-legged babies will love it!

I moved here about 3 months ago, and I absolutely love it! I looked at multiple apartments here In Palestine, and they are the only place in town that not only did I feel safe, but it also comes with garage option. The pool is nice as well. I would refer anyone to live here.
