Academy Hilltop Apartments

You will be written up for anything and everything here. Not exactly professional considering how run down the place is and there is never anyone in the office. Also not ideal for a tenant looking to escape from here eventually as all these "violations" follow you in your search for a new home. Drugs are abundant. Old/ handicap folks love to talk and gossip.

These are income based (ie: government) apartments, so there are no frills or fancy features. That said- the units (that I know of at least) are well maintained, if there is a problem it's handled quickly, the manager is friendly and compassionate, the property is neat and clean, the people get along and don't cause problems (this isn't the type of place you have to worry about fighting and police here all the time, etc.). I would absolutely recommend this complex to any looking for a home.

Hello , I used to be the maintenance man at academy hilltop apartments there is a picture of of my ex wife and her daughter in front of the office I go see the pictures of the property and reminis but when I see her pic it disturbs me we used to work together at the complex I miss it a lot but if you could remove it I would appreciate very much if not I'll understand .thank you .

I was visiting a friend that lives there. Her apartment is nice.

Lived here almost 6 yrs and I love it.
