Whetstone

I visit 3 different units in the Whetstone community, and they, for the most part, look just like the pictures that are posted. The kitchens in these units look like they are from the early 70s, and the air conditioning is non-existent on the top floor units. I've even seen window a/c units in the community. Building services doesn't usually respond, and when they do, they simply tell tenants to cover one vent to force cold air through other vents (which does not cool down the units). Using window units drives electric bills up excessively. The one-bedrooms are spacious, and the efficiencies are well sized for a single person. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Neighbors are kind and respectful. I hope the new management is more responsive than the old management (who almost never answer

If I could put a “Zero “ I would. I lived there for 18 years and the landlords have been so rude because they don’t take care of the place. My son has his own car and the Rats, yes Rats, ate the wires on his car and it has to be repaired. For years plants were growing in the apartment gutters until recently they got it repaired. You had to be fearful of going outside because of the people lurking around seeing if you’re an easy target for theft. My apartment had been broken into about 5 years ago and recently our storage with other tenants was broken into without any assistance or restitution from the management. Buyer beware of this place and take it from me. Unless, unless you have no other place to live, don’t go here because they don’t care!!!!

I've been trying to get in touch with the leasing office for more than two weeks now. Nobody is picking up my calls or is currently in the office. I've been to the property twice and the office has a notice that says do not knock on the door. How are we supposed to rent an apartment if nobody responds/answers calls?

I couldn’t even get in the office I have come 3 times during business hours and they always have door locked and I tried calling couldn’t talk to no one.

I have a complaint about a mouse I saw running in the living room of an apartment after pest control visited my apartment last night I have been suffering from this issue for the past 9 months, despite my efforts to close any holes in the apartment. Could you please find a solution for this problem?
