Wheaton House Apartments

Been here for half a year and after 2 failed managers I can confidently say the new property manager Jennifer Emrey is amazing and greatly appreciated she’s on top of tenants requests and even found out I was being overcharged and reimbursed me and reduced my rent which was greatly appreciated, she is a wonderful welcome and I would’ve gave this place 1 star but thanks to her I feel better about this community especially considering the communities issues: - parking is a disaster let alone very limited and towing is ruthless 24hrs and without a visitor pass any guests will park at own risk - roaches , rats , water bugs , mice/rodents and MOLD are an issue at this community - walls and floors are thin and if you live under someone your going to hear and feel lots of noise horrible when tryi

The apartments are good in size, and the location is convenient to everything! My family and I have only been here a short while, but maintenance has been good with responding to service request. Thanks to Joshua Johnson (property manager) for addressing each of my request with care and concern.

Horrible, Lived here since 4-5 Rats,Mice,Rude staff. Everything trash all together. Kids there are so racist, The park needs to be renovated and the spiky bushes hurt walking kids.

I’ve been living here for a year now these apartments have their pros and cons It’s a really calm community nobody messes with you .. second of all it’s really close to various stores and hospitals the apartments are very big in space all utilities are included if you have an issue they do try to come out soon to fix it the parking systems okay 1 reserved parking pass per apartment you do have to get a visitor pass every 2 weeks (don’t understand why they can’t just make it for a month ) the cons .... these apartments are infested with mice 🐭 🙄 which is gross especially when you have kids .the vent from the bathroom in my apartment doesn’t work since I’ve moved here I reported it and when they came the person who repairs things said it does work and placed a small square of toilet paper

Mice are everywhere! I wouldn’t recommend living here they don’t do anything about it.. everything looked great, spacious but they whole area is infested with mice/ rats
