if you like getting your time wasted perfect place i have been on the application process for 1 month in a half and they say everything is good then end up saying you have more paperwork to fill out and keep saying you’ll be good by a certain day but never true and to get an answer on the phone very rare very professional work.

Sent notices about Saturday hours for lease renewal between 10am and 2 pm came at 10:30am to multiple people standing outside the office waiting because it was still closed. Stayed for a while and left around 11:30am because it was still closed! A lot of elderly people reside here and have trouble getting to the office regularly so this is completely unacceptable! Having the elderly stand out on the sun early in the morning to wait well past ur opening time is absolutely ridiculous!

I'm writing this review because the customer service at the office is absolutely terrible. They don't seem like professional people at all. If I had known this before moving here, I wouldn't have moved.

I live in one of the townhouses and its an awful place. When I moved in, there was a dead mouse stuck to the grate in my basement and it had been there for a long time. They clearly never cleaned before I moved in, because one closet was full of the last tenant's dirty moldy clothes and random junk. There was a terrible roach infestation too. The property management wasn't helpful, so I spent a ton of my own money on cleaning, sanitizing, and buying insecticide. It took so much bleach to even be livable. I would turn on the lights in the morning and roaches would skitter off the walls. There is a big gap between the wall and floor in one of my rooms. Some of my family members live here and on December 28 they placed a ticket because their fridge is not working and their food is going bad. I called today twice and the lady on the phone was the worst customer service agent I ever had during a phone call. She said there is no way to contact someone higher up, the manager is a ghost and that is only her managing the property. I wonder if people stop paying their rent if their response would be the same. Poor customer service and poor living experience!!!!
