The Encore at Wheaton Station

I have not had a negative experience with this community so far. My requests are properly granted and the management and maintenance teams are up and doing. I haven't experienced any negative situation here. The community is safe, quiet, clean and comfortable. The management, staff and maintenance team are all superb. I’ve been a renter for a long time and by far this community has been the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The apartment is gorgeous, common areas clean, the landscaping well kept. The best part is this community feels like home because the staff who work here truly care about it’s residents. My requests have always been taken seriously and everyone in the office knows you by name. Maintenance responds very promptly to any work requests needed. This property truly lives up to its websites description of like a small town vibe in a big city. The prices are expensive but, it seems to be that way everywhere now. Particularly thank you Ozana and Darlene for always being so kind. Thank you to Theresita and to the ladies who work hard in house keeping !

I was looking to move from a less than desirable community in the area and have previously considered the Encore at Wheaton Station. Having moved here, I wish I had made that choice originally. The whole process of renting at this community was professional and thorough. The leasing office personnel (Theresita, Oxana, Darlene, and Ruth) are beyond responsive and friendly. Answering any questions I had and making my move to the community smooth and worry-free. They provide small starter items you may not have handy just moving in like dish soap, laundry detergent, a shower liner and bathmat...come on! How great is that while you try to find all your own stuff. The amenities are great, neighbors friendly, and the community is quiet and relaxing, but near shops, restaurants, and the mall.

I've lived here for about a year and can say in all honesty that this is the best apartment management I've ever had. Not only are they responsive and effective in dealing with the normal things like maintenance, parking, etc. but they also go above and beyond the improve our lives here. They hold holiday parties, block parties, and other community gatherings. They're also just genuinely friendly and nice to interact with. My apartment is also very nice as well. The update a few years ago really did the trick. I highly recommend this place.

I just moved here! This place is fantastic! Upon entering my new home, I had a welcome package. And Let me tell you, that package is like a hug to say welcome home. As a new resident, you receive a temp shower curtain already hung, bath supplies, snacks, water & soda, and dish Detergent. The basic to get you settled. I have never seen this greeting or heard of this at any complex in the DMV. Secondly, I want to give the most acknowledgment, patience, and understanding to Ms. Ruth for her Superior service. Thank you! As well as the other staff members. They all are courteous and professional, and they listen to work out the issue. This place is a diamond in the gardens. Clean, clean, and beautiful.
