Wexford On the Green

I loved living here for many years! So sad to go. The office ladies are SO nice and always willing to help you out. The maintenence men are the best. They will respond to you quickly and are very kind and respectful. This is one of the few complexes that doesn't have breed restrictions. I always felt safe to walk around. If I ever make it back to Beavercreek, and I need an apartment, I will be back!

This was a nice place to live. I lived in the lower section of apartments so I can't speak for the ones further up the hill. The apt I had got lots of daylight, and it felt quiet. The walls are thick so you won't hear your neighbors constantly. Having the in-unit washer and dryer was great. Maintenance was always prompt and kind. And the office always responded to emails very quickly and they were always super nice and helpful. The apartment complex is pretty and is nice to walk around. I never felt unsafe. And occasionally the office organizes meetups/parties for the whole complex which is nice. Also, the apartment I had seemed like it would be wheelchair-friendly. The appliances in my apartment were good. Parking in the lower section can be hard to find sometimes, there are not enough

I’ve come to live at multiple places in the surrounding Dayton area and have to say that Wexford is the top of my list. Becky and Christy are the nicest people you’ll meet. I’ve lived here for almost 9 months and have no complaints. The minute you place a request for maintenance, the problem is resolved within the next day or even the same day. I work from home and I can say that is nice how quiet the neighborhood is! I also appreciate how friendly the lead maintenance guy, Dave, is. The other maintenance guys are also friendly when running our service calls. Can’t say I could ever leave this wonderful community. Highly recommend.

Stayed at Wexford for one year. Very nice apartment complex. The townhouses are great value for money. Did not stay in the 1 story apartments, so I can't comment on those. The support staff is AMAZING - all the ladies who run the operation are extremely nice, and maintenance is typically there the same day you call. Dog friendly, $35 for two dogs. Baggie stands everywhere, so very little waste from the dogs present. Apartments aren't the newest, but they're very solidly built, and fairly quiet. No evidence of any bugs or rodents, everything VERY clean throughout the entire complex. Very nice location - golf course gives it a relative sense of peace, yet its a 5 minute drive to fairfield commons mall. I have loved living here this past year. The town homes/floor plans are great, the landscape is well kept, the pool area is wonderful and the people who live here are so friendly. The clubhouse is very roomy to have events at. The clubhouse staff is the best! They're so nice, they know almost everyone by first names and are very welcoming. They also hold events for the residents at the pool which is a great way to meet everyone. Definitely recommend Wexford!
