The Promenade At Beavercreek

I cannot believe I am just now reviewing. Matt in the leasing office went above and beyond for me, with my very specific leasing requests. He was so patient and kind throughout the process, narrowing down an apartment that met all those requirements. He kept in touch throughout the process and I moved in a couple of weeks ago and so far am very happy here! Melony is an amazing staff member as well! Always so kind when you enter the leasing office :) The maintenance requests were fulfilled immediately upon move-in!

I am super excited to start leasing here! Immediately fell In love just from driving down the privacy road of the complex. Matt was really helpful. I’m looking forward to my further experience here :)

We were greeted by Matt, who was very professional and showed us around the property. Although we are deciding to buy a home, if we were to rent, 10/10 it would be here and we would definitely ask for Matt again!!

My tour with Promenade went really well. The only thing I wish they would change is to have there model apartment on the first floor. It would be easier hor handicapped people to take a tour.

Great communication, did a good break down. The area is nice and the staff are very helpful. Melony is great.
