The Enclave

Beware before moving. The apartments DO NOT have ceiling lights in any of the bedrooms or living room. You have to bring personal lamps for that. I was not informed about that before moving. The unit is very spacious and clean. The appliances and carpets are new. My washer and dryer both were not working when I first tried to use them. This happened on a weekend. That should be functional when someone new is moving. Waiting for their response.

I really enjoyed my time living here over the course of 4 years. The community is friendly and in a great area. The apartments themselves have plenty of room and the appliances work great. Brad and his team are some of the best maintenance folks around with work orders completed within 8 hours of putting them in. The ponds and greenery make for a great environment and they are always looking to improve the buildings. Since I lived by the pond, I did have 2 mice and maintenance assisted with that. All in all, this is an awesome, affordable, and all around great place to live that I can’t recommend enough.

The apartments themselves are modern (newly renovated), quiet, private entrance, and awesome pond views. The maintenance team is extremely fast, all our requests were taken care of within 24 hours- Brad is awesome ! The pool, gym, etc. are great amenities. Everything you could need is within 10 minutes including WPAFB, University, shopping and dining. Shaw Elementary is the school zoned for this area and we absolutely loved it. Julie is also an awesome leasing manager- she goes above and beyond in every aspect. They are military friendly ( we had to PCS before our lease was up and it was a smooth process). Highly recommend! Wow, I toured a dozen apartment communities before applying here and have been very happy since! The apartments, landscape, pool area, and clubhouse that hosts TGIF for the residents is amazing. They actually put love and care into this place to make it feel great to live here. Brad is very friendly and does a great job at making sure issues are fixed and preventive maintenance is done. Cheryl and Jill are great in the office and both have been very helpful when needed! The Enclave truly puts a lot of effort into making this place a great place to live.

A good-quality apartment complex. Facilities are well-maintained, landscaping is excellent. Appliances are good quality. Soundproofing is rock-solid. Maintenance is usually very prompt about responding to issues. Location is unbeatable if you're working for a government contractor. There's also plenty of parking and they don't charge you for a spot. However, messaging from management and maintenance is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes you get an email, sometimes a note on your door. Sometimes you get a week's notice about something, sometimes a day, sometimes not at all. They also use a VERY strong-smelling shampoo on your carpet when you move in. Those with sensitive noses be warned, it took over 2 years for the smell to fade to something I would consider to be reasonable. If I ever left
