The Village on Beaver Creek Apartments

My Husband and I have lived at the Village on Beavercreek Apartments for not even a year and we have had a total of 7 different issues happen while we were there. The management was very nice and kept sort of decent communication, but the actual building complex was the issue. The building is halfway into the ground and the foundation is failing. Multiple cracks in the slab caused ground water to come up through the slab and soak the carpet and anything on the ground. My husband and I were patient with them and understood all through the way, and management had given us some compensation through it, but it wasn't enough for what we had to deal with. While there we had dealt with three separate leak issues, and went months without a closet for our clothes, and had to move out of the apartme

Jennifer was very helpful and flexible. I wanted to see the apartment before signing, she made that happen and even got a work order filled out for same-day fulfillment on a tile issue.

I had to share my heartwarming experience with the lovely Rental Manager Jennifer. I met Jennifer about 4 years ago along with my sister. She called me yesterday to let me know that a unit was available. Unfortunately the time was not right but I wanted future tenants to know do not hesitate to move here. It is not often that you find a great place to live along with a GREAT and COMPASSIONATE Rental Manager like Jennifer.

The location is fantastic, near highways and shopping but in a quiet, more secluded setting. The trees and landscaping are beautiful, and there is a lovely church and neighborhood across the street. Neighbors and the office staff were very friendly. Most of the time I couldn't hear my neighbors. Also most of the time maintenance was pretty timely and helpful, though when our dryer stopped working it took more than a month for us to have that fixed.

I've lived here for 10 years. It's very quiet inside and outside. I rarely hear neighbors. Maintenance responds as quickly as possible, but can take a few days if busy. It is an older building, but it's solid. I've never had any problems besides older appliances needing replaced. In the last 10 years, I've received a new dishwasher, dryer, hot water heater, and a brand new toilet. I love the central location of the complex. I use the bike path often. If I were to make any improvements, I'd love to have more outdoor seating besides the picnic tables, and maybe a fire pit. Overall, I've been very happy here.
