Westwood Apartments

If your not a HUD resident dont waste your money I live here been here years and trust me you dont want to be here! They get your money and dont fix NOTHING! Its always excuses! I was in a bad car accident living in an upstairs unit i simply asked the carpet that is buckled on the stairs be fixed or replaced due to major surgery this is a concern! I have yet to get that fixed took 6 months to get a stable toilet that could literally be lifted off the floor!

i have been here at least five years and you cant get anything fix aptartment is in bad shape most everything need some work it also need a whole paint job trying to move but i have no family here and no transportation am disabled but trying to do a lot of stuff myself no stars from me

I’m sorry but these apartments is not a place that you would want to live at. I have been here since February 15. And I’ve been complaining about the same thing over and over again. I have holes in my walls, my ceiling is close to caving in, my bathroom floor is always wet because the air conditioner is leaking, there’s mold in my kitchen. It’s been there since the first day. Not only that these apartments have no security. People cars are being stolen, their apartments are being broken in, my keys has been stolen, I even asked if it was okay for me to move to a different apartment and I was told to pay more money to just relocate to something better, there’s homeless people still staying in abandon apartments and it’s like the more you bring your problems to the manager nothing changes. B

These apartments are superior for the price! Very spacious living room, dining area, bedroom, walk-in closet, and kitchen. Bathroom area is a little small but the vanity definitely makes up for it! The property manager is wonderful! Maintenance takes care of the place and residents! Only cons that i can really find are that the parking lot needs some work, things can get a little noisy at times, and its a little outdated, but with friendly folks and a little TLC you feel at home!

I’ve lived here almost three years and the complex is steady going down Ive just decided to look for a better place to live. Very poor management, lights don’t work outside the buildings. Had someone over here took my DoorDash and wanted to fight after asking for it back. This place is a living hell.
