Westview Terrace Apartments

When first coming to this complex I was honestly scared because well… it’s not necessarily in a great area, but to my surprise this complex has been amazing! It’s fairly quiet most of the time. The grounds are well kept! When I need maintenance they always make sure to do things in timely manner and if for some reason it’s gonna take longer they always make sure to let me know and try to help however they can. The manager Stephanie is sweet but also knows how to handle business and I truly believe that since she came here the property has gotten so much better. I’m so grateful to be in a complex where they actually seem to care about their tenants.

I been living here for over 5 years within the 5 years I have been here Stephanie & Jason Have been doing an every Good Job in the upkeep of are apartments trash have been kept up laundry room has stayed clean. The park area has stayed clean parking lot has stayed clean and all of my five years living here my last three years of Stephanie and Jason, being manager and maintenance departments have been well kept Jason always on top of maintenance keeping our apartments up to par and Stephanie is a damn good manager, she make sure her world taken care of and she can’t do it she let us know what other options we have life has been way better sine they took over keep up the good work

Lady was very nice and very helpful , she made us feel very comfortable . We might try for a place there and they have their own section 8 there so it's not a real long waiting list to get in.

Visited my sister in Banning, very quiet place to live. The view of the mountains nearby are breath taking.

how long does it take to rent there ive been waiting for a minute and nothing yet i go once or twice a week to check on my application. so normally how long is the wait?
