Honestly... This Location is Spectacular!! Tri Pointe has really Maximized the Absolutely Beautiful Mountain View from the North and South East. The detail of this main walkway really speaks to how well developed this master plan is. Take a stroll through the center and soak up the sounds and views. From a small lake, walking trails, but my favorite is the cascading river. An Absolute Gem!!!! Can't go wrong here. Do yourself a favor and come check life out here in Atwell. Cheers and GOD Bless!!

AGENTS BEWARE! They bait and switch on you to avoid you helping your customer, Christina lied and said I could come register my clients after they had came to see a home. As we all agents know our customers come and look at the new builds without us. She avoided my phone call and had another salesperson called my customer and this is the message I received from her. “I spoke to *client name* and he explained what happened- unfortunately I cannot extend the broker referral as you did not register him on initial visit to atwell :( he had an appointment last week. And already has a home on reservation. Our broker policy is displayed on our website and on premises. I mentioned above I was going to attempt to add you- but we have a broker policy- first visit registration is required. *client

It is imperative to exercise extreme caution when interacting with this builder. Hiring an independent inspector is highly recommended. I am currently entangled in the escrow process and striving to terminate the contract due to the builder's blatant negligence, which they attempted to conceal. The experience has been thoroughly disappointing. I’ve loss security and comfort in what was to be my NEW home as I was told a mistake made “cost too much time and money to fix properly because Tripointe is a production company.” The builder is presently attempting to retain my deposit and force me to either purchase the property or forfeit $45,000. Currently been living here for almost a year, HOA prices already going up after they said the won’t ever raise them up. I have alotttttttt of electrical issues I’ve had on my house since the final walk though of the house in November of last year that they haven’t gotten to even tho I been bugging and bugging and the electrician finally makes a appointment only to not show. Oh and your house is only under warranty for the first year! Everything in the house is made of cheap cheap quality. White paint has been yellow since day 1 and is only getting worse.
