I have family that just moved in to this location. What a great spot with good size lots and mountain views. Everything you could possible want to eat or shop is close by! Right off the main street (Highland avenue) This community is definitely growing, which is perfect for my nephew and his wife who are newly married with no kids, what a great city to have a family!
They are not taking any new customer waitlist applications. they are advertising on realtor.com for less than what they are selling for. A few Realtors agents were complaining that their clients were not being called within the four to six month period. A waste of time as the office representative could have told me they are not taking any new applications when I toured the homes today.
Very very nice home built with quality in mind ask for Mark.
Beautiful homes but wear gloves. No sanitizer stations.
