Such beautifully built homes in Banning, CA. From the 3 bedroom 1 story to the 5 bedroom second story house everything is beautifully constructed with so much space for you and your family and in a wonderful neighborhood too. The only downside is that the waiting list for these homes is a year and a half long 😔☹ but if you have the patience this is where it's at.
Do not buy from Pardee homes. Worst customer service. I have a property line dispute with my neighbor because they did not install the fence line correctly. Garage door issues, leak issues, they never call back when you leave messages. They use cheap materials. My neighbors have had similar issues.
Beautiful homes..that's if you can get one. They went so fast.
