Westview Park Apartments

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews (especially negative ones), but this place is a joke and a complete waste of money. I live here for about a year and had to leave because of it being infested with MOUSE/RATS. Management is disorganized and unresponsive, and nothing was done when I brought it up. Nothing scares me more than mouse and there were days were I will be laying on the floor in the living room and will see it just rooming in the apartment. Communication is almost nonexistent, and when it does happen, it’s confusing and unprofessional. I do not recommend! Stay away!

I have lived here for 4 yrs so far and its been ok. I'll admit its quiet and peaceful. The 3 complaints I have is there is no door buzzer and its a pain going up and down the stairs to let ppl in. 2nd is they should let family members who are co signed the lease park in the parking lot especially if they are elderly. 3rd they need to do a better job of deicing the walk way in the winter. It gets very slippery with the ice.

Grounds are very well kept. Apartment immaculate and very spacious. Great pools! Maintenance people are top notch. Application process was easy and rent is affordable.

I have a friend Mark Anderson who resides at this apartment complex. In August 2025 I came to visit him but I couldn't figure out how to gain access to the building. How do I gain access to the building?

I came across the reviews of Westview Park by accident and I will tell you these reviews are wild- in my opinion. I have lived at Westview Park for 6 years now, so I thought I would give my perspective. First and foremost, the vast majority of negative reviews here are either from people who have never rented here per their own review, or had a negative experience with a member of Westview Park Staff. I can say I have only had great experiences with all of the staff, however even if I had a bad experience, interaction with staff is very infrequent and really does not affect your day to day living so again it is wild to me to leave a negative review about that.
