DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. 0 stars if i could!! I applied for this community and went through the first part of the process. There was something that came back on our report that was taken care of properly. One of the representatives Lisa Frederiksen, spoke to me on their RECORDED LINE that there was something flagged on my roommates background. The matter was then addressed and taken care of. Prior to this they failed to contact me monday morning after the background was completed on sunday. I had to contact them on Tuesday to follow up because i had not received an email or a phone call and my current lease is ending Very unprofessional of them to keep potential residents WAITING to hear back. Be sure to view the unit you are moving into prior to signing your lease. Savor Apts standard of living is low and office staff will not be responsive and timely to address any concerns. Choose wisely.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! In 25 years of renting apartments, this is far by the best!!! Lisa is amazing!!! Maintenance is quick to respond, efficient and respectful. Cleaning in common spaces is done on a near daily basis (if not daily). I definitely plan on calling this place home for years to come! Thanks so much to all the staff here! I've lived here since they opened. I rent a one-bedroom and am the only person to have lived in this unit. Building pros: free lot parking, dog park (with turf), free poop bags for pets, trash chutes, elevator, downstairs gym (small-medium), and two large entertainment rooms. Unit pros: in-unit laundry, central heating/cooling, newer appliances, kitchen island, decent storage spaces. Building cons: there is no way to contact management directly via email for general inquiries or to address the notices they send via email. The office is closed on the weekends which makes it that much harder to get help. The packages are not always delivered to the secured package room and the management team doesn't move them into it. Stains all over the flooring. Every hallway smells of strong weed. Dog poop all over every patch of grass and all over the side walks from people stepping in it. The rooms themselves are decent, but not great. Walmart shopping carts litter the halls for whatever reason. Some are holding mounds of dirty laundry while others are just empty. Management really needs to get this place in order cause for the price, I recommend almost anywhere else but here.
