Westside Apartments and Shopping

Extremely friendly staff! Love the community events at the clubhouse! The apartments themselves are beyond amazing. Any issues that did arise were promptly taken care of by maintenance. The shopping, micro brewery, fitness center, nail salon, food right out front is genius and so incredibly convenient. Clubhouse is beautiful! It has everything you could need to host friends and family. I love watching the sunsets almost every day!

Love the apartments! We've been here for a few months now and I just had to leave a review. The staff take really good care of getting the neighbors together and creating fun events that are including of everyone! One of my favorite people from the staff who I just had to mention was Kevin! Kevin has come help us out a before with our maintenance requests, but most recently he impressed us more than ever. No job big or small is a problem for him. Not only does he fix it, but he will even go out of his way and explain what he did and how he did it. Besides being incredible in his craft, hes incredible with pets!

Just moved in over the weekend. Good experience with Sara at front desk. Down side was the apartment was not deep cleaned which is what you expect when moving in. From a bunch of hair on the carpet to finding a toe nail- it was down right disgusting. Tub grit and grime, dirt in corners of hardwood floor, and paint colors splotched that don’t match, as well as some outlets not working. I took pictures because I was kind of in disbelief of the carpet the most. I did call the office and Sara had the maintenance man come out and vacuum the floor. Which was great but I had movers on the clock and ended up paying extra as they had to put together the bed in the rooms, but I had to wait for the maintenance man and then the vacuuming. Same day maintenance. I saw my work order posted at 10 am today and Kevin was here within two hours. I needed a tray for the washer and he had an extra one, fit perfect. The whole visit was super productive as Kevin cleaned the drain and really the entire washer. A warm personable man, a great guy. The washer is now working awesome. Thanks Westside for taking care of your residents so well!

I have been living at Westside Apartments for almost 3 years and I feel incredibly safe living there and really love my apartment. Its beautiful! And all of the residents are so nice in my building. The clubhouse is also beautiful with so many amenities provided for whatever your needs may be as well as just having a little fun on the pool table. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to set up fun resident events. Our Maintenance man, Kevin is wonderful. He is on-site everyday so if you need help its handled quickly. Kevin is also somewhat of a Dog Whisperer and is loved by all the resident's dogs. The location of the apartment complex itself is perfect because its close to everything including downtown Phoenixville and the trails, but not too clos
