The Diamond at Phoenixville

Over the decades I’ve lived in multiple apartment complexes and The Diamond, by far, has been the best experience. The apartments are spacious and gorgeous, plus the staff are equally awesome! Shout out to Travis, Leno and I’d be amiss not to give a special thanks to Jayanna Raison, who really makes this complex a home. Thank you!

Had a pleasant experience touring this property with Jayana. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the property. Not currently applying to apartments, just touring around, but I would definitely consider this property in the future. Thank you Jayana! :)

The Diamond is a very nice place to live. The apartment is spacious clean and modern. Maintenance is prompt efficient and will fix issues if any. Overall I would definitely rent here again. These apartments are nice. Kathy m

An absolute clownshow of an appartment complex. If i could give it 0 stars I would. I lived there for 3 years. 2 when it was LUXOR and one while it was the dimond and both have been miserable. Terrible management for both. I could write about all my experiences I had here but then I would have to publish a book. Recent example is I recently moved out and was promised my security deposit back within a month of me leaving and it has now been two months since I have moved out and I still have not recieved it. The first check I received was my name and a completely random person who I have never met on it so I could not cash it. There was no explanation to how this happened and no apology other than telling me I have to throw that check out and they will send another one. Ive been told that i

I've been living here for two months now, and so far I love everything. It's always clean, smells delicious, quiet, and well-maintained. Various events are held for residents. The leasing staff is always friendly and available almost every day.
