I was referred to Marc and Mike by a neighbor who I trust to do his homework before a purchase so I was ready to just hire them, however Mike at Radon Rid heard my high reading and suggested that I find a company that could help me in a more immediate timeframe then they could accommodate. He walked me through the reasons I may be having my problem and directed me to a company with a specific knowledge in the type of home issue I was probably dealing with. I was able to get that company to come out sooner, but am very grateful to the team at Radon Rid for being so helpful and kind enough to calm me down and steer me in the right direction. My experience with Radon Rid was top notch. We decided to have our home tested due to a change in the manometer level and they were nothing shy of highly professional and helpful. Typical testing takes three days, and I had my results the evening of the third day after they collected the data. Marc showed up at the scheduled times and was very friendly, respectful of our house and extremely knowledgeable. He demonstrated genuine concern for our safety and putting 100% into his work. He did a walk through to make sure everything from the piping to the fan was in good order and he did notice our fan had 2 cracks in it. He also answered every question I had clearly and with no hesitation. I'll definitely stick with them for my future testing and service needs.

Marc was wonderful to work with! He's very kind and knowledgeable, and was affordable to boot. He performed a full inspection and test on our system which was great peace of mind and took no time at all. What's nice also is he helped me troubleshoot on my own in the first place which saved him a service trip and also saved us time and money. What an excellent experience with Marc and the Radon-Rid company. I love the fact you can complete a quick form online and they get back to you thru email with great communication. No phone calls necessary. Marc was awesome to deal with. He asked just the right questions and gave some advice to help find the issue remotely and to locate the correct unit we needed replaced.
