We got a pre-buy inspection with radon test for a townhouse from Dan. Dan was detailed, thorough and incredibly informative. Our seller joked that they were jealous of how good an inspection we got When Dan evaluated our roof he gave us a breakdown of maintenance for the two different styles on our roof and porch roof. He laid out what we can and should do ourselves and when we should seek out a professional. This level of detail was continued for: the outside brickwork, the wiring in the walls, the water heater, the drainage systems in the yard, the foundation walls, the kitchen outlets, the sloped concrete walkway, the garden retaining wall, the plumbing systems and functionally every other system in the inspection. Daniel was very professional, helpful, and patient during our home inspection process. His amount of knowledge and gadgets to get the job done are outstanding. He arrived early to do the roof inspection with a drone, check the crawl space under the porch, and find all of the issues outside then meticulously went through everything on the inside explaining everything throughout the process. Finally, he compiled the data in multiple easy to read reports, including repair estimates, the sewer scope, and all defects found with a super quick turn around. Dan was spectacular. My fiance and I are first time home buyers and Dan walked us through every step of the inspection and explained everything very thoroughly for us. He did a full comprehensive inspection and took care of everything. He is a very knowledgeable professional and takes his time with the inspection. He arrived at the house before anyone and was ready to roll as soon as we got there. He had even already taken care of the roof before we got there. We received the inspection report the same day with detailed summaries of all things found in the inspection. Overall it was a great experience working with Dan and I would absolutely recommend his business to everyone.

Dan did an excellent job for my clients at their home inspection in Collegeville. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Dan was prompt and so thorough. He found every potential thing that could be a challenge with our new home and we were able to address it with the sellers. I cannot recommend him enough! If you want someone who will give you a detailed report but also explain it to you, then he’s your guy.
