Knollwood Apartments

My last review was from months ago, but it appears to have just posted now, for some reason. This is a new review, in response to a maintenance repair request this month. The maintenance crew repaired a minor leak in my ceiling within a day of my having reported it - without my even having to be here - making it look as though the leak had never happened. They even painted over some spots on the wall nearby that I had not even mentioned. I am truly impressed and grateful. Thank you, everyone involved!

Theresa and Josue were terrific during our hunt for a new apartment! They helped us immensely with the application process. We were able to move in within the week, making our transition almost seamless. Thank you again!

The issue with our AC was resolved in about 20 minutes after submitting a request. The maintenance tech Chris was very friendly and got the job done fast. This was very much appreciated on a hot day.

Thank you to the amazing staff at Knollwood Apartments. We had such a friendly welcome, from the property manager, Theresa to Josue in sales. You made our transition seamless. You guys rock!

I had such a pleasant experience dealing with Megan and this team. She was very responsive and always available if I had questions or issues with the website. Apartment hunting can be a daunting task, but everyone was so understanding and patient, not to mention friendly and professional. I'm so happy to be a part of this wonderful community 💛
