Westmont Apartments- Alta PM

I am a current resident and I would not recommend this property to anyone. No one abides by the lease terms regarding quiet hours and the property management does not enforce these rules. Management expects the tenants to fix and resolve issues that should be addressed by them. We are also subjected to retaliatory behaviors from other tenants and management when voicing concerns. In addition, there is not adequate lighting in the parking areas which seem to promote elicit activity after dark. The laundry works with an App which works sometimes and the maintenance company that manages service requests fails to show up which leaves you with wet clothes for days. Finally, all the rules do not apply to all tenants, which leads me to believe they are family or friends. If you ladt more than a y
