Just moved out , This place is the worse The maintenance people know all your private life, the office never helps when you have an issue. The floors and walls are coming apart. The building smells and there is a fire every few weeks. The worse! You will be sorry moving in. If you don't pay rent on time they get so upset but yet don't assist you when needed. It use to be a nice building. Now you have homeless people sneaking in and sleeping under the stairways .

The apartments are affordable you literally get what you pay for. Good location. Tenants and staff are polite and nice. I haven’t had any issues with rodents or insects. And the on site manager (Leo) is always ready to listen to your concerns and try to come up with solutions to help.

This building is the absolute worst ! All they care about is their rent being paid on the first but when there is any issues or complaints there is no help ! BY LAW ! A building with 10 floors should have 2 WORKING elevators one elevator has been down for a FULL YEAR ! I’ve been here 3 years and they continuously steal packages without any help from management ! The elevator has been out for 2 weeks now and I live on the 10th floor have to walk all the way up and down everyday !! I have 90 year old neighbors on the 9th floor so you think the building cares about getting this fixed promptly ? NO ! Again the first elevator has NOT BEEN IN SERVICE FOR A FULL YEAR ! And now the 2nd one is also not in service ! Do not believe them about Reno’s they update the apartments to get more money and th

I moved on December of 2022 and honestly my experience has been top of tops I can't complain. The team at Westminister towers is amazing. Everyone that works there are very professional and the amount of knowledge they have at the office is astounding. I can not say enough good things about Leo Quintanilla, very professional always on point, knows what he's doing and very reliable, made the leasing process very simple and easy hes the type you can reach out to and in no time he will always be there and find a way to work around and make things work! The team in general they have, excellent! the super and management team all make this place feel like home. Thank you!

Thank you so much to the managers that did everything to help me and my family so we can move in as soon as possible. Leo was amazing always on top of everything and paperwork that we needed. Everytime we called him he's always there yo help us. Both managers are a great team together. Thank again Leo!
