Before stepping into her office I was having trouble finding an apartment for months, that same day we sat down and she was determined to find something and she did! Jill Guzman and her team are amazing. They not only help me find a new home for me and my kids within maybe an hour of being in their office. They are phenomenal. I would recommend them to anybody. They were well dressed, educated presented themselves so professionally also as real people, she has such a huge heart and is willing to help everybody and I loved being there even with the company of her dog Cafecito, who’s part of the team it was amazing and Betsy as her assistant also phenomenal on point kept everything very great with them is amazing because I didn’t really have to worry about the headache of the paperwork and this and calling that one they literally take care of you from the moment you walk in so when you leave, and even after you leave, she still calls and checks up on you
