My mother and I have been living in this apartment complex for nearly 10 years, and we love it here. It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood and all of our neighbors are nice and friendly. The property manager, Silvia is always helpful and she check out on my mother if she is okay all the time Silvia is professional, and we really appreciate how she responsive and reliable she is. The property manager, Danny, is always helpful and professional, and we really appreciate how responsive and reliable he is.

We had a few bumps in the road during the paperwork process, but Danny Gomez was incredible throughout it all. He kept in constant communication, was always honest and friendly, and truly went the extra mile to help me secure the apartment. His dedication and professionalism made a big difference—thank you, Danny, for making it happen! The property management team is also great when it comes to handling any issues. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a simple question, they respond quickly and efficiently. The only downside is that the appliances and bathrooms could really use some updates. Other than that, it’s been a positive experience overall.

Recently moved her two months ago and I must say I do not have any complaints. The area is quiet and very family oriented and everyone is so nice. Kids are always out playing in the grass. The apartment was newly renovated ( polished floors and paint) and clean for me from the day I viewed it. From the day I contacted the leasing office Danny has been exceptional. He was very upfront on what and when things can be done and within two days I was signing the lease. He explained to me the switch in management which may delay little things as they get everything sorted and in order and even then he is very responsive. Apart from affordability the leasing team making this moving transition so easy and the environment I would definitely recommend.
