Emerson from Alligator Property Management was hired to sell the items in my Mom’s house in an estate sale, since she was moving to an assisted living. Emerson and his employees staged the house and advertised and sold absolutely everything in that house except the piano, which they removed on their own to the proper place. They did a fantastic job at a stressful time for my family. They took care of every little detail even though this was in the Philadelphia suburbs.They left the house spotless and we collected more money than we thought possible! We will definitely use them again and refer them to friends!
