I scheduled an appointment for an apartment and I person I was supposed to meet whom scheduled the appointment never answered or called me back. After 10 mins of waiting I called the office, they saw I had an appointment but weren’t sure why the person wasn’t answering. They told me they will try and reach them to see if I can be shown the property. After another 10 mins I called back and someone else answered. I gave her the same information but tells me she’s not sure when the lady can come by to show me the place…. Then why schedule me if no one was going to show up…. Don’t waste your time, just another unprofessional and poorly managed property company scam people of their time and possibly their money…

I am unhappy with the work done in my room. I keep asking for my closet to be fixed. it is rusted and missing a door. I have asked for over 2 or 3 yrs. The wall where the hole is ,was not repaired. Mildew was still in my room which has caused damage to my furniture. Everything else was taking care of. However very unpleased with my room.

Hi these apartments are really nice and Xyena she’s the young lady that shapes the apartment and helps you with everything she a wonderful person I really appreciate t that they helped me and my family for a place to stay it’s a lovely unit thank you to the property management team and Xyena for everything.

So far so good , very quiet, no big problems… very please I have been here 2 months so far.

Terrible management. No one enforces the rules. no one responds to messages. Neighbors are loud. do not move here.
