This place is the best apt community that I ever leave in been to alot of places but this one is the best of my experience maintenance was super quick to fix something someday turn around some times within hour you back at staff are friendly specially Gina and Vanessa and Joe I highly recommend this place this place super quite day and night gated security 24/7 neighbor are friendly too been here for 5 years going 6 years

I lived for 14 months at Morgan Park in Vacaville, California. The market in the area was brutal since prices varied and even a moderate price for the area doesn't mean your new apartment is going to be a good place to live. While newsletters, flyers, etc. made it clear that animal owners were to clean up after their animal and not allow the animal to defecate on the shared areas, patio/balcony, no one from the office ever addressed the issue. Forbidden breeds were everywhere. Little was done about those who did not respect the quiet hours. I was there for nearly a year before they addressed the parking issue - arrive home too late and no parking was available. Brace yourself for when you vacate your apartment. I left my unit better than I found it. I was billed $280 for cleaning,

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived in my life. Roof literally collapsed from rotting, moldy wood, due to repeated water damage, apartment floods every time it rains, the floor is bowing, construction has been going on for 8 months straight (LOUD welding directly outside our door that you hear from ~8 or 9am through 4pm), and you can literally hear the neighbors when they poop upstairs since there is NO soundproofing. We’ve had maggots when it was hot and they didn’t have the dumpsters removed timely, sewage with feces flood our bathroom (we were left to clean this), repeated package theft…. The list goes on. 0/10 recommend. They haven’t let us out of the lease, haven’t fixed the problems, and have refused to give us a formal mold test or a rent reduction. Avoid this company AT ALL COS

I’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience with Greystone Management Group. They do an outstanding job of keeping their communities well-maintained and impeccably clean! I live at Hollypark Knolls in the beautiful city of Inglewood, and I must say, they are truly the jewel of Inglewood. It’s rare to find a community that is so well cared for, both structurally and in the upkeep of its grounds.

Easily the worst apartment management company. Representatives on the phone as well as property ‘managers’ are rude, unprofessional, and don’t care one bit about the issues that arise in the units. Rent changes every month, its not a set amount and the number of problems the units have is unbelievable, and they refuse to fix them on their end. Stay away from them.
