Good afternoon I hope this message reaches the correct Hands and minds for understanding. I reached out to this property management company and was initially greeted by Tatiana, who then transferred me to Monica where she gave me the requirements to rent property. I followed all those steps did everything that I was asked and I was told we were approved per Monica. Then she also stated your daughter needs to finish her process before we can move forward now bear in mind there are four steps to complete myself and my son did all four steps. My daughter still had one step to complete which was to pay for her credit report. However, as I stated before, I was told that my son and myself were approved because we completed all steps and our credit showed worthiness. My daughter needed to just pa

Most horrible service to rent from. Don’t even rent from them

I don't typically write reviews, but I had a wonderful experience with this company so I had to write one. I've been in my unit for about a couple months and I had a plumbing emergency. My toilet backed up and was unusable. To make matters worse, I had family coming in that evening, so we would need a working toilet. I immediately called our management company and was surprised someone answered the phone. With my past experiences with other companies, I could never get anyone on the phone. I explained to them the situation and within a couple hours they had someone out to fix my toilet and they even cleaned up the mess caused by the toilet. This service was phenomenal! Thank all of you so much! You guys are the best.
