We unfortunately just went through a heartbreaking experience attempting to purchase a home for our family through Allen Frechette and Molly Macom. Our offer was verbally accepted, an addendum was signed, and then Allen and his client strung us along promising a signed contract from his traveling client for the rest of the week. When we finally heard back they informed us they were now considering another offer- even though they had given their word and signed the addendum to our proposed contract. When it came down to it they didn’t have the decency to let us know they decided to go with another offer and that we lost the house. The experience was extremely unprofessional, not to mention immoral and heartbreaking for our family.

Molly is great to work with! She has been in West Linn her whole life and knows the market and the community. Would highly recommend!
