Westgate Village Apartments

Lived at Westgate for a while as I was new to Cheyenne. They were able to work with me and my limited rental history. The staff is great and Candice is mostly who I worked with: she's very helpful and very prompt in responding to questions and concerns. Tonia the property manager was great to work with and I appreciate her no-nonsense attitude. The facilities are older but compared to other apartment complexes I believe these facilities are a great value. I would recommend Westgate !

My husband and I lived at Westgate Village Apartment for 5 years. Tonia, the Property Manager is great! She is accommodating to tenants as well as to those who are coming to rent at Westgate. The grounds are beautiful and the gym is a free amenity that I still miss. The staff at Westgate definitely cares about the community there and works hard to meet the needs of the tenants of Westgate. Plus it is right next to a beautiful area of the Greenway!

Westgate is one of the best complexes! When my family needed a quick move in Tonia was awesome! The process was smooth and prices were the best for what we’ve seen in Cheyenne. The place is very well kept and the kids enjoy the pool and play areas. Thank you to the westgate staff for the kind hospitality!

Tonia Cope is AMAZING. I had to move out of my current apartment due to some roommate issues and into another one in the same complex, and she was SO helpful and understanding! Every single time I go into the office I’m greeted with a friendly smile and positive attitude. I have had awful experiences with leasing agencies but West Gate Village has been amazing the last 7 months or so! Whenever I have had an issue with something in my apartment it was fixed the same day or the next. Never had any issues with billing or anything. Gym/pool is always spotless as well! Great job guys!!

Great place to live! Management is wonderful, very understanding and kind. Apartments are well kept, maintenance is fast and there when you need them, and all employees are professional and courteous. The price per square foot is very acceptable with large apartments for a minimal price, the neighborhood is very safe and right next to a grocery store, gas station, and many restaurants. There are laundry rooms in each building, very convenient, and parking is not an issue for there are multiple large parking lots on every side of the property. I was in a bind when I found Westgate and am very thankful they were there to help me out. I stayed for 2 years and when it came time to move on to a house of my own, I knew Westgate would be the first place I'd come to if I ever found myself needing
