Before moving to Cheyenne six months ago I called several housing communities to find the right fit for my family. Many of the places I contacted were difficult to reach unprofessional or simply unhelpful. Prairie View was the complete opposite. I left one voicemail and they reached out to me right away. They reassured me that this was a safe area with good schools, and that first impression meant a lot. When I arrived the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home from the start. I never felt like just another number or paycheck. they truly care about their residents. The community itself has been wonderful. I have lived at Prairie View for about three years now, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful place to call home. The staff has always treated me with genuine kindness and respect. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, they respond quickly and do everything they can to find a solution. Their willingness to help truly means a lot. The maintenance team is just as amazing—always friendly, professional, and fast with any repair or request. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing I can rely on them. Prairie View treats their residents with such respect and care and are always understanding and willing to work with you! They also throw seasonal parties which is nice for those who live here. Thank you for being the best landlord I’ve had! 🫶🏼

As a father of two, I appreciate the safe, family-friendly environment at Prairie View. The kids love the playground, there’s plenty of space to play, and having laundry on site makes life so much easier. Staff and maintenance are great too!
