Sagebrush - Cheyenne Apartments

I’ve lived here a couple times, And thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Apartments are nice and well kept. All the appliances are clean and work great. The air conditioning keeps you nice and cool in the summer and the heat keeps you warm in the winter. Nice landscaping around the place with trees and grass to relax and during the summer months and they also have a nice pool for you to swim in on those hot summer days. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. It’s hard living in the world these days, but these apartments are reasonably priced. On site laundromat comes in very handy as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Currently living while waiting for military housing. We like it here the parking lots a little cramped but it makes do, they opened the pool up which our little one loves maintenance is generally quick and super helpful we've had issues with our thermostat though with no fix in sight, we also love they're willing to work with military pay periods and just in general everyone we've come into contact with is super helpful and nice. Super thin walls though and if you have neighbors upstairs it can be a doozy we can hear the phones above us vibrate so loudly we think they are ours at times. Overall though great central location.

I moved from California in 2014. I rented a 2 bedroom unit until beginning of 2023. I moved to Virginia but I returned to Cheyenne in October 2024 and I rented a 2 bedroom unit, this time on the ground floor. To start with the apartment, one of the bedrooms is very spacious, it fits easily a king size bed. The apartment complex is very well run, good maintenance people and very responsive. Few years ago, there was a change of ownership. The first thing they did, they returned the deposits. Normally they reward long term renters and they do no raise the rent. Few improvements I have seen after my 2 years absence. They use now an app rmResident for paying rent, schedule repairs, etc. The laundry room is streamlined, and you can pay with an app for washers and dryers. It is refreshing to see

Worst place I've ever lived. The floors are caving in, you cant walk anywhere without everything in your apartment shaking and the trashiest people live there. The landlords don't discipline anyone, you have people hoarding in their apartments, loud parties, drugs and if you complain nothing happens. Extremely overcharged considering how old and used these apartments are, on top of that, your electricity bill is going to be about $200-$300 because their meters are messed up and there's no insulation.

Very satisfied with my time at this apartment complex. Management has been very friendly and willing to work with my situation. They are around the office for any needs frequently, take phone calls and emails in a timely manner, and also seem to have a positive attitude. It is nice to have room and green grass to walk our dog (which he was also very welcome at the apartment). The pool is clean, a good size, and all in all well kept. This is the most military friendly/all around friendly complex I have ever lived in. Also, the neighbors are very nice and the rent is very affordable as the market in Cheyenne is insane right now.
