Pinewood Village Apartments

Buckle up this is going to be quite the review!! My family and I just moved here from South carolina. We have been staying in temporary housing which wasn't exactly panning out. The cost of being forced to stay in a place because of a work related move shouldn't be $5000 a month. (Yes, you read that right). After having to be in this "temporary housing" place for 8 weeks finances where becoming tight. Started to look at options. Didn't have very many due to my family size. I started down the Google rabbit hole, came across Pinewood Village, and let me tell you the reviews do not do this place justice!! I made the call to see if it was even possible to get in, again, due to my family size, I didn't think we would, but I took the leap if faith and boy am I glad I did!! Not only did I lay on

Jennifer and the entire grounds and maintenance staff were all incredibly helpful, polite and professional. With us being a military family we needed a furnished place to stay with a quick turn around and they got it set up swiftly. Also unlike other apartments that look for any reason to steal your security deposit, Pinewood will actually give you yours back if you take care of the place.

I arrived in Cheyenne Thursday 27 June and had planned to stay in a hotel for up to 5 days. New job starting on July 1st so I was in a hurry to find a place to rent. I called 4 separate rental companies and only 1 answered the phone and tried to convince me I was wasting my time trying to rent fast. Well Friday the 28th as I was looking for more places to call, I found the Pinewood Village apartments and they were opening soon. Jennifer the manager answered my call with a text as she was tied up at the moment but via text I scheduled to see a 2 bedroom and was able to explain my circumstances. Pinewood is Awesome! They had a great price for a furnished 3BR 1B that met all our needs during our stay and we were able to move in same day due to our circumstances. 10/10 would live again!

Jennifer is a 5 star manager. Move in was easy. They encourage tenants to put in and tend plants in their front or back yards. I planted veggies and flowers. All of the units are remodeled and are very comfortable. I rented a fully furnished unit and it came with the basic necessities. I was really surprised with the nice pots and sharp knifes provided.
