Westgate Group Apartments

This is Cathy. Had an issue with bathroom ceiling. Called for maintenance and they came within half hour to check it out. Had to leave for what they needed, checked upstairs for former problem. We're back within several hours to patch up our ceiling. Very professional and polite. Kept me updated on when they would return, and took care of the problem. Thanks guys, good work. 👍

Maintenance does a great job (especially Jermey R. and Trevor M.) very quick to help out! Upon move in I found a bloody earring and a bunch of debris in the corners. Kinda disgusted. Some grime was under the stove and greasy all over. The cleaning team needs to do a better job of deep cleaning. Although, the maintenance and receptionist are spectacular!

Honestly I had no problem at westgate and always paid my rent on time, if not 2 weeks early. When I moved in I had (2) one time pet fees of $300 each and 25 per pet in rent per month. So over all I paid $600 - 2 pet fees $50 per month for 2 pets for 12 months = $1200. Just for having two cats. I misunderstood as probably 99% of normal people and thought of these charges as a pet deposit and not just a convenience fee of having pets. You would think that these fees would be used if there were any damages from having pets, in addition to your security deposit. Instead only my $495 deposit was applied to replace the carpet of a 480 square feet apartment that they charged $1200 for, so I owe $800. I understand that ultimately the damages are my (my pets) fault and I am going to pay it, but wh

***DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE*** You will be nickle and dimed for everything u can imagine. Weather u have a huge room a small room u will be charged the same amount to replace the carpet I lived in a 3 bedroom 1 big room 2 small rooms they charged 426 per room to replace the carpet. when I asked how it cost the same instantly Jill got defensive with an attitude. Very unprofessional. She refused to give me a higher up number also refused any receipts of the work that was done. After seeing all the bad reviews of the same thing I feel as if we should bring justice to all future and current residents. These women in office do not deserve to be in the position they are in they think they are above all and can treat people how ever they want with no repercussions. I WILL NOT LET THIS GO UNHEA

Jill in the leasing office was absolutely fantastic in helping me with my move here from 5 hours away. She was a great help with the process and took a lot of time to reassure me through each step. I just moved into the building but so far I’m very happy with everything.
