Absolutely awesome place to live..Neighbors are good people and the landlord n her family will bend over backwards to help anyone willing to help themselves..Highly recommend

Walls are drafty and heat is lost under doors and walls in winter, you must put towels or blankets under doors to try and keep heat in. If you call maintenance, they will be inconsiderate and dirty whatever they fix with mud on their boots (example bath rugs full of mud from them not moving it out of way when fixing item) beware property manager will lie to your face and if you are a minority her racism/ predjudice heavily shows. Get everything she says in writing if need be. You will need to shovel your own parking spaces when snowing. There are minor bugs here and there. Very shady tennants in some units. NOT WORTH IT.

Great apartment complex with great owners. The landlords will take good care of you here.
