The Cottages on Campus

I lived in Crimson Court for 3 1/2 years and it was a fantastic place to live. Good location, you feel safe, owners very understanding and their staff is so helpful when you need something (like getting locked out) and i met some of my best friends in college who had lived next door. Some of my best and favorite memories i look back on are from living in Crimson Court. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live. Thank you Katie, Dave and Lenny for everything❤️

Lived here for 3 years of college! I always felt very safe!! and knew that I could call management at any point of the day/night and they would be available to help me! It’s very clean & well taken care of as well! It made my experience at IUP 100x better! Such a great place to live! You won’t regret it!!

Very nice apartments. As close to campus as you can get. However, their fees for end of year cleaning are ridiculous. Say goodbye to half of your deposit, at least. Also, I was assured by management that all the gates would be locked over the weekends except the main gate. I went to campus several Saturdays to visit my daughter and all the gates were wide open.

Crimson Court is a great place to live as a college student. The staff is the BEST. Close location to campus, & the townhouses are clean & spacious. THE BEST place for college students!!!

one of the best choices i made while at iup! best location, right next to philly street and the campus. the landlords are so nice and will work with you on anything. definitely rent from here!
