Realtors for my home purchase were both from Berkshire. They did very little for both buyer and seller. I don't want to get into details, but I felt their lack of attention made a mess out of my experience. Were standoffish and I felt like my realtor openly hated me by the end of our deal. Would not return my phone calls and address the many comments about my house that she said that would make my home purchase difficult. Sellers realtor just took terrible photos of the house so it looked much worse online then it did in real life. Good for us since we found a hidden gem, but I felt a little bad for the seller.

If we were the type of people that accepted the things we were told, did not ask questions, and did not care to be informed during the process of selling a house, then we MAY have had an acceptable experience. Unfortunately, many factors made this a negative experience. From the outset, the listing was poorly executed. In addition to containing misspelled words, we had to inform the agent several times about missing photos and missing information in the listing that were fundamental components of the property. Further discussion had to be initiated with the agent with suggestions on what portions of the property to highlight in order to capture attention of the right buyer. Highly recommend! We worked with Tyler and Pam and they went above and beyond for us and even tho I know we got on their nerves never once did it show😂. Again thank you Tyler and Pam for absolutely everything and sticking in there with us on our house hunt!

Tyler Thompson was on point. Had to care of a few small things for the VA to approve and he came out not only loans me tools to help he helped me make fixes. If I ever look for another house he's my guy. Oh he he knows a guy for just about anything you need.
